With a new year right around the corner, I wanted to do a quick look at the biggest trends I believe talent managers and business owners need to be aware of heading into 2023.

I identify 6 major trends and the impact they can have on businesses or organizations in my latest Take 5 video.

For example, one major trend is the push for the training and development of existing employees. Given that most employees leave managers, your organization needs to take a hard look at how much you are developing your leaders.

Another trend is the idea of improving or creating a better corporate culture. Given that labor shortages are going to continue for at least 2030 and possibly beyond, your organization MUST have a culture that is more than just a statement in a handbook.

The end of the year is a perfect time for review and implementation and this video will give you an idea of the important discussions to have.
