IMHO data governance is 20% safety , 20% legal , and 60% control.

We need a way to use technology to stop carjackings. Suppose stealing cars became impossible. What crimes would end?
Carjackings
Drive by shootings
Kidnappings
Armed robberies
Shoplifting
If all of the above crimes ended, trillions would remain in taxpayers' pockets.
